Dress Code

In an effort to make golfing at Calabasas Country Club a good experience for everyone, we've assembled a list of expectations regarding course etiquette and player courtesy. We know you're focused on your game, and by asking members and guests to follow these guidelines, we hope to make every day on the course a great one, and give all golfers the opportunity to play a smooth, uninterrupted game.

• Dining Room attire must be tasteful and reflect a Country Club atmosphere.

• “Dressy” denim that is appropriate for dining at a Country Club is permitted. Cargo or sweatpants are not permitted.

• Bermuda style or dress shorts are permitted in the dining room and bar area until 5pm.

• Athletic attire is not permitted in the dining room or bar.

• A collared shirt (i.e. polo or dress shirt) is required for men; men may wear collarless dress shirts (A collarless dress shirt is a formal or smart-casual shirt defined by the complete absence of a traditional folded collar, featuring a smooth, simple neckline finished with a hand or binding for a modern, minimalist
look that offers more comfort and breathability than standard collared shirts).

• Sleeveless tee-shirts, tee shirts, men’s tank tops, and bare feet (including flip flops or slides) are not permitted. This includes flat rubber thongs, slides and beach type shoes. Sleeveless collared shirts for women are permitted.

• All shirts must be tucked in except shirts that button all the way down and have an even hem all around that are intended to be worn out.

• Men may not wear hats anywhere in the clubhouse except the pro shop.

• Children of thirteen years of age and over are expected to abide by this Dress Code.

• Children of all ages are expected to be dressed neatly and appropriately.

The Dress Code is also applicable to Guests. It is the responsibility of the host Member to inform Guests of Dress Code.

Cell Phone Policy:
Cell phones must always be on silent and not ring anywhere on Club property. Talking on cell phones can only be done in the parking lot or patio areas and must not disturb or be in close proximity to other members or guests.
