Angie Groves

Cheryl Williams 

Angie joined Calabasas Country Club in 2021 as the Food & Beverage Director, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Her career spans a variety of settings, including private country clubs, event center & restaurant, luxury hotels, convention properties, and resort-style destinations. Before joining Calabasas Country Club, Angie served as Managing Director at the Sportsmen's Lodge Event Center and River Rock Restaurant for seven years, where she oversaw operations for one of Southern California’s premier event venues. Additionally, she held Director of Sales & Marketing roles at several Southern California hotels, spearheading strategic initiatives to drive revenue and elevate guest experiences.

Angie’s expertise in event planning and operations is vast, ranging from intimate gatherings, off-premises catering to large-scale conventions and celebrity events for 2,000 guests. Her dedication to creating exceptional dining and event experiences has made her an invaluable part of the Calabasas Country Club team.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Angie has been an active volunteer in her community for many years. She served as a youth football team manager and Board Treasurer for the Calabasas High School Football Booster Club, where she also managed concession stands for thousands of guests during home games.

When Angie is not busy at the Club, you can find her enjoying time with her husband and three college aged children. She loves spending time with family, watching football, comedy shows and exploring new food and dining experiences.

Cheryl has been a member of the Calabasas community since 2001. She is married and has two grown 
children, a daughter, Amanda who is a professional model, as well as in real estate. Her son, Johnny just
recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. Cheryl was a very dedicated stay at home mom and was very involved in her children's lives and community.
 
Cheryl has been part of the Calabasas Country Club family for almost 3 years. She enjoys planning parties and ensures her clients a successful and memorable experience.
